If  you purchase a CaluTech UV air purifier from Central States Clean Air and are dissatisfied, we will arrange to take it back and credit you via Paypal, your original purchase price less any shipping charges (if applicable).  You will be responsible for shipping back to us.  If the unit is kept over 30 days, this satisfaction guarantee is no longer valid.  We MUST be notified by you by email before 30 days are up.  If you have problems or questions, please do not hesitate to call or email, as most issues can be worked out over the phone.  We feel very confident that our products will work for you, and will work with you to try to achieve that goal.  We strive to have the best customer service in the industry and will go the extra mile to make your purchase a pleasant one.
