Ten things
you can do to help your allergies
- Change your furnace
filters often. Don't use cheap filters. Get ones that
are thicker and are HEPA.
- After installing our
UV in-duct air purifier, run
the blower on your furnace all the time so it is constantly cleaning the
air.
- Use non scented tissues.
- Use wrap-around sunglasses
when outside.
- Use a central vacuum
system or use a HEPA approved vacuum.
- Get a foam cell mattress
and pillow.
- Run a de-humidifier
to keep the humidity in the house low.
- Make sure your windows
are tightly sealed.
- Expensive solution,
but go to hardwood floors or tile floors.
- Clean your air ducts.
